The latest file from AOL containing NEA Online subscriber records. It does not contain AOL staffers who have access to NEAOL. It doesn't include 179 subscribers who haven't been granted access to the split NEA Online/AOL welcome screen buttons. I'm uncertain whether it excludes cancellations. I'm almost certain that it does exclude them otherwise the number of records, 2350, would be higher; but AOL is checking. NEA is expecting a new file with 179 subscribers plus a file with cancellations since inception, and a new weekly file with new subscribers since 12/09 and cancellations sice 12/09.
